Welcome to REBUILD - the first wellness program designed specifically for moms and all the mombody issues that need our extra love and attention in order to look and feel amazing.
Back when I was trying to get my health under control I tried and failed many times. I soon realized that my mombody was different and I needed to figure out why certain things that used to work for my body before kids no longer worked for my mombody after I had kids. It turns out there is A LOT of exercise and nutrition information out there but not all of it is applicable to your mombody. So let’s cut right to the chase and follow a path of wellness that makes sense for your mombody. Because the moment you understand your mombody is different it will make much more sense to take care of it differently too.
This program is the embodiment of how I live my life and it has taken me years to get to place that is simple to share with you. It is my hope that this program will help you take care of your mombody woes, like it has for me. Find answers to common problems that every mom deals with like: stubborn weight gain, a weakened pelvic floor, a thickened waistline, loose skin, irritability, terrible PMS, sleep issues, crazy mood swings, and just not feeling your absolute best. These things are what make your mombody different and it’s so much easier to fix these problems when you understand how to tackle the problem.
In this program, we use the MBODY8 lifestyle to literally REBUILD your mombody from the inside out. When you “MBODY8 your Mombody” you are consciously deciding to do as many good things as you can throughout the month to support your mombody. Each week we will cover a few lessons and then we will put those lessons into practice by following our four pillars of health: EAT. MOVE. REST. DETOX. We go through this in more detail throughout the program.
It is absolutely my pleasure to share this information with you and I encourage you to share it with other moms out there. It is my hope that one day, our daughters be liberated from the same mombody issues we have dealt with for too long. With the right education, our daughters will understand their bodies too, will require special care in order to thrive.
My hope for you is to learn the strategies here - so that you can BECOME health and wellness. I want you to fully embody all that is good for your mombody and build your lifestyle around this premise so you can live your best life. Being healthy is no longer an item on your checklist of things to do every day, but rather being healthy is now just who you are.
I know firsthand how much we criticize and vilify our mombodies because they don’t look a certain way. I want you to finally be free from those feelings because good food is meant to be eaten, exercise is supposed to feel amazing, self-care is your right, sleep is restful, and life is meant to be enjoyed every single day that you are blessed with being here on this big, beautiful earth.
