THE SMALL DETAILS

Each week we talk about “the big picture” and as you already know, this part of the program focuses on the health of your monthly menstrual cycle as your body returns to happy hormonal bliss. The food and exercise choices we make throughout the month will give us a healthy, happy period.

But we also dive deep into “the small details” which focus on fixing things like: breathing, alignment, fascia, diastasis/pelvic floor, and aging gracefully.

As you know, your mombody core requires special and unique exercises to put it back together again and this program walks you through the step-by-step process. You will learn something later called the CARVE technique in Week 3 because we need to learn about “the small details” first.

These “small details” are critical to learn first because they lay the foundation you need to start CARVING your mombody core - this is where you will ultimately fix what’s going on inside so the outside can be beautiful. With this program, you have found the fastest, most direct path to REBUILD your gorgeous mombody from the inside out that is available to us moms. That slim waistline is coming for you! Pretty exciting!

I can’t wait to share my tips and secrets with you. When I first started this journey, all I wanted to do was lose weight and stop my bladder from leaking when I played tennis. I also needed help with the outside appearance of my core because it was a bit of a mess. Then over time, I kept reaching for more ways to feel better, and look better, and this program is what became of that curiosity.
