Rest is a great thing for supporting your mombody hormones. Did you know your body can become more alkaline through lifestyle choices?
Yes, food accounts for only 30% of making your body alkaline. The rest is how you live your life.
It’s important to talk about how you are reacting when you have stress in your life. Are you reactive or are you responsive? Most people find themselves in the reactive category - meaning you go right into flight or flight stress mode and solve problems from that headspace.
But I can promise you, it’s never the right place to be. Next time, give yourself 10 BAB breaths before you respond next time. It will click on your higher brain.
How you deal with stress will determine a habit of health versus a habit of destruction.
