Each week we talk about “the big picture” and as you already know, this part of the program focuses on getting happy hormones. When we focus on balancing THE BIG THREE (cortisol, insulin, and oxytocin) the rest of our hormones (progesterone, estrogen, testosterone, and DHEA) will fall in line.
