In order to see the best results the CARVE technique has to offer your mombody core, I have a few MBODY8 suggestions for you:
EAT: Eat protein. And consume bone broth and/or collagen peptides, otherwise known as “nature’s botox”. It will truly do amazing things for your gut health, loose skin, joints, and soft tissue repair which is exactly what you need for a strong, beautiful mombody core, both inside and out. Unfortunately, veggie broth doesn’t quite offer the same benefits if you are vegan or vegetarian but it’s still amazing for your mombody’s nutrition profile.
MOVE: The CARVE technique is where it’s at. In addition, HIIT is great for your mombody in the follicular and ovulation phases to really shred the fat off your tummy. Lifting weights (or using your own body weight) in luteal is key for even more fat loss and building lean muscle, Remember that all exercise is great for removing toxins as well. Always use the BAB breath to support your mombody properly during exercise. REST: You have to rest your adrenals and make sure you are handling stress, sleeping soundly, and breathing deeply. Getting high quality sleep is absolutely essential for optimal blood sugar balance. Turn off blue light, computers, phones, and close your eyes once in a while - even if you don’t like to meditate, just close your eyes and breathe. And if this is too overwhelming, get outside in nature when your mind needs a break. Your body loves sunshine and fresh air and grass between your toes. Rest your mind of modern day stress as often as possible.
DETOX: Truly the best way to help your liver get rid of toxins is to eat good food and clean up the products you put on your skin. Drinking milk thistle tea, hot water with lemon, and eating green veggies are great ways to gently start to eliminate toxins that may be causing congestion in your detox pathways. Most women find themselves with foggy brain, lethargic, and uncaring, because of the toxins surrounding their life. Dry brush when possible.
Ok, twist my arm…here’s one more pillar of health:
MINDSET: By far, the most powerful tool you possess is your mind over body. No one in science can explain why some people are able to fix a spinal cord injury by mentally visualizing it repairing itself. This is entirely possible! So if the human mind can fix a spinal cord injury, imagine what could happen if you mentally believe with every cell in your body that your pelvic floor can repair itself. That your abdominal separation can heal and become stronger than ever before. That your mombody can be the best body you have ever had. You can absolutely fall in love with your mombody and a very simple place to start is by saying “I love my body, I love my family, I love my life” every single day. From there you will feel your body relax, feel appreciated, and begin to heal. This is fascinating stuff and you are the one in charge of your mombody health & wellness destiny.
