Here are some of my favorite color-coded recipes for supporting your mombody’s hormonal health in each of the four phases of your menstrual cycle: follicular (green for spring), ovulation (yellow for summer), luteal (orange for fall), and menstrual (red for winter). They are the easiest recipes I can think of because staying healthy shouldn't be complicated. Plus, they are all delicious. Enjoy!
